Livspace is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Real Estate Channel Partnerships Specialist to join our team.

Salary: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The role of an Enterprise Real Estate Channel Partnerships Specialist would involve developing strong relationships with real estate brokers in designated zones and building partnerships with them.

  • Regular visits to channel partners to build influence over the network.
  • Maintaining a continuous flow of customer database and leads through channel partners.
  • Ensuring high-quality leads, defined as experience centre visits or site visits for each customer lead shared by the partner.
  • Cross-functional coordination to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
  • Follow-ups with internal teams for timely action on customer requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of a graduation or similar qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with real estate channel partners is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
  • Excellent sales skills for connecting with channel partners and end customers.
  • A valid two-wheeler license.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or regional language.
  • A target-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility with work timings and schedule.
