Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most valued customers in the process industries. Your goal will be to understand their business needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their objectives using our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and adoption of our software solutions among our top-tier customers.
  2. Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our customer accounts.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to our customers.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact our customers' success and satisfaction.
  5. Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Your Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in the process industries, preferably in sales, consulting, or customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with AspenTech Engineering Suite and/or AspenTech Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management (or similar software suites) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Where You'll Be Working

You will be working remotely, with occasional travel required to meet with customers and attend company events.
