The role of a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner at Livspace involves driving business growth through strategic partnerships with real estate brokers in allocated areas. This entails building and maintaining strong networks, developing mutually beneficial relationships, and ensuring the highest quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to channel partners to foster trust, open communication, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Cultivate a continuous flow of customer databases and leads through effective partnership management.
- Evaluate and ensure high-quality leads by assessing Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each Customer Lead shared by channel partners.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to guarantee channel partner satisfaction.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure prompt action on customer requests.
- Maintain brand image and adhere to a code of conduct that reflects positively on the company.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a graduation degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners is essential.
- A good understanding of real estate brokers and their businesses is necessary.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with both channel partners and end customers are vital.
- A valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language is expected.
- A highly motivated individual who is driven by targets and flexible with work timings/schedule is ideal.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
