Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at Beep App. This role will be responsible for building and managing a nationwide sales team to onboard colleges and universities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire colleges and universities across the nation.
- BUILD AND MANAGE A RAPIDLY GROWING TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS TO ACCELERATE COLLEGE ONBOARDING.
- Establish and maintain relationships with college directors, principals, and chancellors to drive partnerships and growth.
- Create a scalable infrastructure and processes to support the sales team's success.
- Revamp college infrastructure and develop gamified technology solutions to enhance the college experience.
- Onboard Tier 1-Tier 3 colleges and universities, signing partnerships and MOUs as needed.
- Potentially grow into a VP of Business - B2B role, leading business development efforts.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- At least 3 years of experience in business and sales, with a strong track record of success.
- A completed graduation degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff throughout the company.
- Public speaking skills to engage audiences and communicate complex ideas.
- Attention to detail and analytics skills to drive data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of technology and its applications in education.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
