Job Description: Partnership Growth Manager

Saviant Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Partnership Growth Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing partnerships and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

About the Role:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead generation campaigns targeting both new and existing partners and customers.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the IT consulting and services sector, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing partnerships and drive growth through strategic initiatives
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead generation campaigns targeting both new and existing partners and customers
  • Collaborate with the Alliances, Marketing, and Sales teams to design and execute strategies and initiatives to attract and nurture potential customers
  • Conduct market research, analyse competitors, and track industry trends to inform data-driven planning

Requirements:

  • MBA degree with 6-9 years of experience in alliances, channel development, or GTM roles within the IT consulting and services sector
  • Strong understanding of the IT consulting and services sector
  • Excellent communication skills

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
