Lending Partnerships Lead

About the Role: As a Head of Co-Lending Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for establishing and expanding lending partnerships with banks, fintechs, and NBFCs. This role requires 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of the working product, engagement model, and business processes.

- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the midmarket, SMEs, and startup segments">
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, regularly reporting on the success and challenges of lending partnerships">
- Travel frequently to cultivate and maintain partnerships effectively">
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
">This role involves developing new partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with lending fintech's, marketplace aggregators, digital aggregators to drive revenue growth for the organization. You will also take full ownership of identifying, onboarding, taking live, and scaling fintech partnerships, manage internal stakeholders, and liaise with different departments to ensure everyone's timely approval for different activities.
