As a Blockchain Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure strategic partnerships for our blockchain-related events. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify key players in the industry, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure successful execution of sponsored events. If you have a strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing partnerships, we want to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for blockchain events, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key industry players based on their relevance to the blockchain industry and target audience.

Sponsorship Acquisition:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the needs and goals of sponsors, ensuring alignment with event objectives.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables with key industry players.
  • Draft and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

Event Execution:

  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of sponsored events.
  • Coordinate with sponsors to fulfill their obligations and maximize their visibility and engagement during events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership development or sales management, preferably in the blockchain industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the blockchain industry and its key players.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed partnership targets.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and conferences.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours during events.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology, trends, and market dynamics.
