About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engaging in various outbound activities to initiate conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads.
  • Tailor outreach messages to address the specific pain points and needs of the prospects, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT).
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Business Development (BD) and Sales teams.
  • Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification for the US/APAC market.
  • Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyze key information about prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and tracking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the BD and Sales teams.
What You'll Get:

This is a full-time position based in the United States or Asia Pacific region. The salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
