Sales Lead Generation Specialist

Indecomm is seeking a seasoned Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our US sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and results-driven professional to drive business growth by developing lead generation programs and nurturing outbound campaigns for SaaS solutions.
About the RoleThis key position will focus on prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team. As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will collaborate with our sales, marketing teams, and leadership to devise lead-generation strategies and identify potential customer opportunities.
You will be responsible for initiating outbound sales activities as part of lead/demand generation strategies and participating in new business pitches. Your role will also involve effectively communicating and presenting the value proposition of Indecomm's SaaS solutions to prospects, tracking and reporting weekly/monthly sales lead generation activities, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads.
In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently. You will be expected to achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas, stay updated on new mortgage regulations, product changes, innovations, and industry trends, and build, maintain, and update calling/emailing databases in a CRM/Excel.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in IT services, particularly in Cold Calling for SaaS Solutions, Automation, and IT services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 4-6 years' experience as an Inside Sales representative for the US region.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly lead targets and appointment setting.
- Well-organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience gathering requirements or handling RFP/RFQ/RFI from prospects.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
