Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

At Vinsys It Services (I) Ltd, we are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves generating high-quality sales leads in a quick sales cycle environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales from the training industry and possess good communication and convincing skills, as well as negotiation skills.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $85,000 depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
• Connecting with new clients online through digital marketing efforts
• Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
Requirements
• Prior Experience in B2B sales from the training industry
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Good negotiation skills
