About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development and Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team at VAP Group. This role involves identifying potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engaging in various outbound activities to initiate conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential prospects that match the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads.
  • Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT).
  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyze key information about prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and tracking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the BD and Sales teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
