Job Summary

We seek an experienced Business Development and Outreach Specialist to spearhead our lead generation and sales enablement efforts. This role is critical in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential prospects through strategic outreach and communication.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot. They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to identify potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engaging in various outbound activities to initiate conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads
  • Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers
  • Tailor outreach messages to address specific pain points and needs of prospects, ensuring relevance and engagement
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT)
  • Determine whether a lead is a good fit for our company based on the assessment
  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM tool
  • Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification
  • Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology
  • Excellent research skills and ability to gather and analyze key information about prospects
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and tracking
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the BD and Sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
