Lead Generation Business Development Manager

- Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Business Development Manager to join our team at Hiringlabs Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities through various channels. They will proficiently make outbound calls to identified target prospects within specified segments, initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through personalized communication strategies, engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present relevant solutions, and schedule and conduct meetings or demos with interested prospects to further discuss our offerings.
- Key Qualifications
- Ability to work in a 24/5 environment
- Proven experience in sales business development or client outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on experience with online research tools (e.g. LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Hoovers) for retrieving prospect contact information
