In this role as an International Business Development Manager at Hiringlabs Business Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities through various channels. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to identified target prospects, initiating and maintaining contact with prospective clients through personalized communication strategies, and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.


To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work in a 24/5 environment, have proven experience in sales business development or client outreach, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. You should also be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


This role requires hand-on experience with online research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, and Hoovers for retrieving prospect contact information.
