Job Overview:
Befree is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our client base in Australia.
About the Role:
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Explore the market, ensure profitability, and establish the company's market leadership through effective contributions to Business Development, Sales, and Key Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in lead generation in the International B2B market with self-motivated go-getter ability to work with utmost efficiency.
- Excellent communicator, open to exploring the market, identifying potential clients, and qualifying clients to build up a pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of clients.
Requirements:
Any graduate or postgraduate degree with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting fields, with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas. 3-5+ years of experience with the International B2B domain.
