International Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced F&A Sales Director to join our team at Befree - Finance and Accounting Business Process Outsourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients to ensure win-win agreements while maintaining profitability and risk management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in selling F&A solutions, preferably in the KPO/BPO/ITES industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong network of contacts and relationships in the F&A domain.
- Ability to travel globally to achieve sales targets.
