A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our team at ABS INTERNATIONAL.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development and growth strategy, focusing on financial gain, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent sales and negotiation abilities, as well as the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development and growth strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network of contacts to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients to promote company products/services and address client objectives.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.
- Manage sales projections, revenue forecasting, and record-keeping of sales and invoices.
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and develop entry-level staff to enhance their sales skills and contribute to the company's growth.
