The Role Overview

The Strategic Alliances Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with B2C e-commerce platforms for I Made a Song.

This role requires a mix of relationship management, analytical thinking, and strategic insight to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Identify and Develop Partnerships
  • Research and identify potential B2C e-commerce platforms for collaboration.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
Negotiate Agreements
  • Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms for partnerships.
  • Develop and execute contractual agreements with legal and compliance teams.
Strategic Planning
  • Design and implement strategies to maximize the potential of partnerships.
  • Align partnership objectives with overall business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to leverage partnerships effectively.
  • Ensure seamless integration and implementation of collaborative initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track partnership performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Market Analysis
  • Stay updated on trends in the e-commerce industry, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Benchmark competitors' partnership strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and close high-value deals independently.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
