Strategic Sales Lead for India Market

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our sales team at Strategic Talent Partner.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to expand market share, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the designated region. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales management.
About the Role:
- Sales Team Management: Manage a 3-Tier Team of 20+ Execs, TLs, and BMs to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients across India.
- Team Development: Hire, Train, and Retain your team, formulate their developmental plans, and ensure fulfillment of their training needs.
- Client Complaint Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints and provide consultation on digital marketing solutions.
- Daily Client Meetings: Conduct daily 2-3 in-person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite to understand their needs and preferences.

- Sales Techniques: Apply effective sales techniques to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate quick thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client issues.
- Verbal Communication: Possess excellent verbal communication skills with active listening to build strong client relationships.
- Vision and Foresight: Showcase vision and foresight to create new opportunities for clients and drive business growth.
- Team Management & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong team management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data Analysis & Report Management: Possess understanding of client segmentation, data analysis, and report management to drive business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA with 4+ years of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention/Acquisition.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 40+ individuals (at-least 3-year+ experience).
Estimated Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum.
