Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base, partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles, modeling the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity, and successfully matching customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Sales Executives: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Deal Planning and Execution: Work closely with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles, ensuring timely and effective closure of opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain accurate financial models to analyze and present the financial implications of sales opportunities, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers, identifying and addressing their needs through tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering results that meet or exceed their expectations.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
