We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our marketing & business development team as a Marketing and Business Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads across various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Assist in creating sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and email templates for outreach.
• Support the sales team in managing leads through the sales pipeline, generating new business leads through B2B cold calling, and ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team. - Digital Marketing Support:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy to enhance online presence.
• Create and edit content for email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and website updates.
• Suggest, test, and implement email marketing tools to improve targeting and engagement with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
• Assist in maintaining and updating digital channels to ensure consistent brand messaging. - Research and Development:
• Research new digital marketing and sales tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across processes.
• Assist in integrating new tools and technologies to streamline marketing campaigns, sales processes, and business operations.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and B2B sales.
Learning Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and sales, with exposure to real-world business operations. Develop practical skills in content creation, email marketing, social media management, lead generation, and sales pipeline management. Collaborate with a dynamic team and receive mentorship from experienced professionals in marketing and sales.
