Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Business Partner, you will be responsible for generating customer leads, developing business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, updates, and client engagement
  • Present product demos and showcase the value proposition of our HRIS and SaaS-based products
  • Source data from various database tools to identify potential customers and drive lead generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in HRIS or SaaS-based products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range based on experience and competence: ₹8,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum
