We are seeking a passionate and talented International Sales Associate - Intern to join our dynamic team.

**Job Description:**

As an International Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing sales support to multi-branded hotels in the USA, developing and executing a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.

You will activate new accounts in the local market, increase market share from existing accounts, develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing sales support for hotel clients to achieve revenue growth
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Activating new accounts and increasing market share
  • Nurturing a sales pipeline using CRM software

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A self-driven, goal-oriented approach with strong initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport over the phone
  • Strong written communication skills, including proposal writing and report creation
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the hotel industry
  • Ability to leverage technology and CRM software to shorten the sales cycle
