Job Description: As an International Business Development Manager at Choice TechLab Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and target potential clients in the international market for our IT services. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through research, prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Your primary goal is to achieve the monthly sales target by selling our software and IT consulting services to global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients in the international market
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through research, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Sell software and IT consulting services to global customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus. You should have a proven track record of at least 3+ years in selling IT services, specifically web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services like SEO, social media, and Google Ads. You should also have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
