Business Development Manager for International Markets

Stymer Technologies Private Limited is a multinational conglomerate seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to identify and connect with new prospects in Europe, India, and the Gulf region. The successful candidate will generate leads through research, field visits, and cold calling, driving business development activities to convert leads into revenue.
About Us
We are a global company operating across various industries, including Oil & Gas, process engineering, HVAC, R&D equipment, and more. Our expertise spans aluminium foundry, heavy engineering, and marine industries, with manufacturing plants in Chakan, Bahrain, and Canada. As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a team driving product development and innovation for various business units, collaborating with customers in the Middle East and teams across Canada, the USA, and France.
Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with new prospects in Europe, India, and the Gulf region for engineering services
* Generate leads through internet research, field visits, and cold calling
* Engage prospects with compelling introductory emails and establish initial contact for inquiries related to FEA, CFD, and Design services
* Organize video conferences and client meetings to present the company profile, capabilities, and competencies
* Drive business development activities to generate potential inquiries and convert leads into revenue
* Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial deals with clients
* Collaborate with senior team members for high-value deals and negotiations
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred
* Experience in selling engineering services in Gulf and international markets
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
