Business Development Specialist

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new and existing clients/business in the US/Canada region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage the entire new business development pipeline from initial sales call through close, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven sales track record with a focus on business development and account management.
- Strong internet skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
