Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic IT Staffing Sales Professional to join our team at Pletra Technologies pvt ltd. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce.com business development, IT staffing sales, and business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading software sales teams, establishing business clients, and generating revenue from the ground up across international markets such as the USA, India, and Europe. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and drive business growth through key international and domestic markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in Salesforce.com business development to drive business growth and establish new business clients
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in key international and domestic markets
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitors' position, and depth of customer base to design effective marketing strategies
  • Generate business up to $1 million USD and beyond
  • Prepare proposals, company profiles, and expert presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Build and grow our SFDC practice as per target and future market focus
  • Participate actively in the recruiting process for other consultants
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Skills: IT Staffing Sales in Salesforce and other technologies, Business Development, IT Talent Deployment, Lead Generation, Converting Potential Leads, Contract Staffing, Staffing Sales, Client Acquisition, Staff Augmentation
  • 5-10 years of experience in software sales, business development, and leadership roles
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
