Sales Representative for E-commerce Growth

BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting leads into paying customers and driving revenue growth for our e-commerce clients.
Our sales team has seen tremendous success in the past year, growing 10X through the efforts of our founder and small sales team. We are now looking to scale our sales team and hire 2 smart, high-energy AEs to convert SQLs brought in by our BDR team's outbound efforts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales at an SMB SaaS startup and a proven track record of selling complex solutions to e-commerce business owners. They will also have excellent communication skills, a way with words, and a genuine interest in conversations with people.
