Job Summary:

The E-commerce Business Head will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving profitable online growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • E-commerce Operations Management: Oversee website management, product catalog management, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
  • Online Sales and Growth: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and boost online sales while ensuring profitability.
  • Website Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • E-commerce Team Management: Lead and develop a team of e-commerce professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the business competitive.
  • E-commerce Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales growth and profitability, providing regular performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management of the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and profitable growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
