About the Role:

As a Channel Management Lead at Flipkart Health+, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Seller Partners. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by working closely with our regional Seller/Partner base to build and grow their business on our platform.

You will be responsible for working with sellers and our Marketing team to drive on-ground activities, developing and deploying incentives/commissions for sellers, and resolving seller and customer issues.

Additionally, you will own the terms of Operations with our Seller partner to plan, track, and improve on the operations metrics like O2A (Order to Approval), Breach, SLAs, Customer Promise etc. You will also be responsible for End-to-End ops and business management for the channel partners with our internal stakeholders like Supply chain, product & technology team, Accounts etc.

If you have excellent planning and trade marketing skills, with the ability to make growth plans at seller level and define the roadmap to achieve the same, this is the role for you. You will also be responsible for developing and driving programs to improve key shapeable metrics for our platform, as well as impeccable in-store presence and promotional campaigns to drive seller effectiveness and sustainable sales growth.

As a Program Management expert, you will coordinate with stakeholders across functions to enable support for the channel and programs, and close working relationships with on-field sales teams and driving adherence to processes and systems.
