Channel Sales Manager

KreditBee is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding channel partners to sell our loan against property products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for loan against property products.
  • Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation activities through channel partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of loan against property applications.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and track sales performance against targets, KPIs, and key metrics.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to loan against property sales.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of loan against property products, processes, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
