Sales Channel Development Manager

At Brick & Bolt, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Channel Partner to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, or Delhi. This mid-level, full-time position requires 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in sales strategy, channel development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet targeted channel partner additions and sales growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to promote Brick & Bolt's products and services.
- Manage daily calls to arrange client meetings with the technical sales team and ensure effective planning.
- Foster a healthy customer database through channel partners and ensure regular product and price updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure targeted leads to sales conversion.
Requirements:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Channel Sales from the Real Estate Industry.
- Fluency in regional languages.
- Flexibility in traveling.
- UG/ PG in Marketing (Not mandatory).
