Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our channel development efforts in the industrial automation vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maximizing sales revenue with channel partners, key accounts, and preferred accounts in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with channel partners, key accounts, and preferred accounts to ensure mutual trust and respect.
  • Conduct market research and engage with new customers to identify new business opportunities and develop business initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement business strategies to convey market status and information to HQ staff and secure resources and investments from top management.
  • Provide sales training to sales teams of assigned partners to enhance their skills and deliver Moxa's core values.
  • Identify and address the real pain points of partners and customers to offer value-added solutions, technical support, and services.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in channel and account development and management in industrial automation vertical.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with any other language being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Available for frequent domestic and international travel.
  • Able to communicate with C-level or senior executives.
