Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Channel Team Lead to join our team at MarketStar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing global channel team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive channel growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a global team of channel professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, stakeholders, and customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in different regions.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with channel partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving channel growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, with experience with IBM's internal Salesforce system a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse, global team.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global market dynamics and channel strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments.
