Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Account Director to lead our key client relationships in the region. As the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, you will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business growth. Your expertise in integrated media planning, digital channels, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client results.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and engagement
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers to deliver exceptional client service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client work
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in media agency-side roles, with at least 2 years in people-management and managerial roles
- Fluent English communication, verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, including Search, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Marketplace
- Proven experience in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders across India and APAC
- Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible digital strategies
