Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Channel Team Lead to join our team at MarketStar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing global channel team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global channel team to drive channel growth and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive channel growth and achieve business objectives.
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with global leadership experience an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, with experience with IBM's internal Salesforce system a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse, global team.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global market dynamics and channel strategies.
