Solutque Private Limited seeks a talented Sales & Marketing Candidate to join our team in Greater Kolkata Area. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. They should be knowledgeable about market trends and customer behavior, able to work independently and in a team, and proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Salary: ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
