The Role

We're seeking a skilled Analyst Partner Acquisition to join our team and drive the expansion of our Target.com catalog. This role will focus on growing the matrix of sellers on Target Plus, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operations.

  • Sales Pipeline Management - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new brand and merchant partners for Target Plus.
  • Business Insights & Reporting - Maintain accurate forecasting trackers, Salesforce reporting, and dashboard automations to inform business decisions.
  • Partner Communications - Manage internal and external partner communication, support pitch deck proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Process Excellence - Take ownership in rapidly scaling processes for an emerging business.

This is an ideal role for a sales operations self-starter who thrives in agile organizations. Job responsibilities may change or evolve based on business needs.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations, digital applications, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to build long-term relationships.
  • Sales operations experience, including problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maximize relationships with partners.
  • Strong strategic development skills and implementation planning.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
