Channel Sales Development Manager

Aptita is seeking an experienced Channel Sales professional to deepen relationships with distributors, drive brand recall, and cultivate relationships with partners across India.
About the RoleThis is a highly demanding role that requires a strong understanding of investment avenues, equity investing, and fundamental analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Deepen relationships with distributors to increase positive mind share and AUM.
- Run planned engagements throughout the year with product teams, senior leaders, and relationship managers of large channels to build brand recall.
- Plan travel engagements across India to cultivate relationships with partners.
- Handhold partners and their clients for queries, investment discussions, product pitches, new client acquisition initiatives, etc.
- Idea generation, brainstorming for new business pipeline and collecting relevant feedback for internal teams.
- 3-4 years of prior experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
- Problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM, Call, and Email management software preferred but not mandatory.
Rupees 12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
