Connecting with Prospect Clients

    Engaging clients on calls and chats to gather feedback and re-engage them.

Scheduling Site Visits

    Coordinating site visits for interested clients.

Managing Leads and Follow-ups

    Effectively converting sales leads into successful transactions.

Virtual Site Visits and BTL Activities

    Participating in virtual site visits and executing business-to-location activities as required.

Record Keeping and Client Communication

    Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using our ERP application.

Excellent Customer Service

    Delivering exceptional customer service through chat platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Completed Graduation
  • Prior experience in Real Estate is preferred
  • Strong customer handling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to join immediately
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Application
