Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional

NKlusive, a premier intermediary of NK Realtors, is seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to specialize in selling High-End residential properties to affluent clients.
This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, client management and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & ultra HNI's seeking Luxury Properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.
- Provide Personalized Service & Cater to the Unique needs & Preferences Of Luxury Clientele.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 Years handling HNI's directly.
- Fluent in English, Hindi.
- Go Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
- Minimum Graduate in any Discipline, MBA would be preferred.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
Estimated Salary: ₹50 Lacs - ₹75 Lacs per annum
