We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Development Associate to join our team at Discoveries Quintessential. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and providing strategic insights to support sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and make a direct impact in a high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential leads, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, and proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms.
Responsibilities- Identify potential leads via platforms like LinkedIn, events, conferences, and industry directories.
- Qualify leads to match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on decision-makers like procurement and project heads.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or related roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or industrial sectors).
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential leads.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
