Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Associate to join our team. This full-time position requires 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong passion for education and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and parents
- Coordinate product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Estimated Salary Range: ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
