Business Development Executive

We are seeking an ambitious individual to spearhead our business growth initiatives as a Business Development Executive. This role will involve identifying new revenue streams, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales strategies that yield tangible results.

About the Role

This position requires a highly motivated professional with exceptional communication skills, who can effectively engage with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Clients Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with prospective clients through regular calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive business expansion and achieve set targets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, results, and forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Essential skills include:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve set targets and contribute to business growth.
