About This Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of sales experience and be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with new and existing clients.

This is a full-time employment opportunity that offers the chance to develop your skills and contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Requirements
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill)
  • Market research abilities to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions
  • Lead generation skills to identify and convert prospects into clients
  • Experience in international sales to handle global clients and markets
  • Proficiency in English communication for seamless client interactions
Salary Information
