Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion for our company, Devant It Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, your primary objective will be to identify new opportunities for our business and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to find new business opportunities and close deals quickly.
  • Coordinate with our teams in India to manage change requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate our services and solutions to potential clients to showcase their value and benefits.
  • Qualify leads and follow up on closing opportunities to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate new leads and expand our network.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in successful development strategies.
  • Experience in digital services sales and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate our services and solutions to potential clients and close deals efficiently.

Company Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Regular/Permanent.
  • Salary: Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000 per month plus incentive.
  • Benefits: Performance bonus, Yearly bonus, Day shift.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Business development experience: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Total work experience: 2 years (Preferred).

  • English (Preferred).
