About the Role

ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Specialist to lead our business development initiatives in Kolkata. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify Partnership Opportunities: Utilize your industry expertise to identify potential partners and clients that align with our business objectives.
  • Develop New Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to drive business growth.
  • Maintain Existing Business: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Critical Thinking and Planning: Apply your analytical skills to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven knowledge of successful business development strategies, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
