Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Decimal Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collecting raised invoices, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
About the Role
In this role, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, generating revenue, and communicating client needs to internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other channels to ensure consistent service and servicing multiple clients concurrently.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through relationship building
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collect raised invoices
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Communicate client needs to internal stakeholders

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- MBA from a reputable college
- Business knowledge of Banking, including Assets and Liabilities
- Strong connections in the industry
- High comprehension capability and organizational skills
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum
