  • Embark on initiatives to enhance high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Aim to retain customers and renew contracts, solidifying long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Foster deep connections with clients to drive business expansion and customer loyalty.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of customer requirements to develop tailored solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance sales, supply, and customer service processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
