Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Take ownership of regional sales targets, devising strategic plans to exceed quotas and drive sustained business success.
  • Territory Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly compile and present comprehensive reports on regional sales results, highlighting key performance metrics and insights for stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant departments to effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability meets customer demand.
  • Pipeline Development: Cultivate and nurture a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and meticulous account planning.
  • Team Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with leadership to prepare and review annual budgets for assigned regions, aligning financial goals with sales objectives.
  • Market Insights: Continuously monitor regional market trends, competition, and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in senior sales roles, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques, with a strong ability to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel as required to oversee sales activities within assigned regions.

Compensation: This role offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and bonuses for exceptional performers.
